What advice would you give other leaders about employee engagement?Like Nike’s tag line states, “Just Do It!” It’s when you have the chance to engage employees and affect their “corporate life” that you take things to a new level. Take the time to put a deeper value behind the people in your company and the will do the same in their loyalty and productivity. Q.
